Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a cute 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with great restaurant recommendations. I can't wait to come back for Xmas!

Had very lovely stay in winter time. Greatly enjoyed the well-appointed double room with quick wi-fi and the way it was setup. The location in one particular restaurant-The Hunter's Ale House was particularly good and incredible.

Breakfast had a nice selection, but the room felt cramped and lacked space for our luggage.

The location was great; just a few minutes'walk to both downtown and Victoria Park. The room was very clean, and the beds were fantastic. The breakfast was good. There weren't coffee makers in the room but I enjoyed using the coffee machine in the breakfast area as it did very good coffee. I also found it great that there was an internet kiosk (free of charge). The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!
The rooms were a bit small.

The entire hotel was fairly clean, top-notch and great-sized rooms. The breakfast was nice with plenty of food and hot drinks. Amazing service, as the staff were superfriendly. The location was great and fantastic, very close to the centre of Charlottetown, j, inconveniently placed outlets and one particular restaurant-The Hunter's Ale House, in a very quiet area. It was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Subway, serving fast food😀

Motel-style layout means doors open directly to the outside. Room temperature control uneven due to single thermostat. Toilet size smaller than modern standards, and noise from neighboring rooms is noticeable. Breakfast options could use improvement. Soggy hash browns and dry bagels detract from the overall dining experience.

The layout of the hotel made our stay easy and accessible for our timetable.
Not very friendly or welcoming staff upon check in or check out. Almost rude overnight male staffer; didn't even acknowledge us at morning breakfast and we were the only ones in the lobby area; acted as if we were imposing on his time.

The location is great, just steps from the
Heart of downtown Charlottetown. Our room was cozy, and the staff were friendly, providing helpful tips for local attractions. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, a great way to start our day. However,

The location is very good. An easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. The beds were very comfortable. The lobby area is urban looking and has free coffee. The rooms have been recently redecorated, although I was disappointed that they did not continue with the urban theme in the rooms. We had a very early flight out, so they offered to prepare a breakfast to go for us which I thought was above and beyond what other hotels do.
We didn't get our wakeup call, although we had set other alarms so it didn't matter. I was also disappointed that in a place like Prince Edward Island, the bath products were made in China. It seems like an excellent place to buy local.

This place could use better soundproofing, as noise travels easily!!! The fitness center is quite modest compared to others. The outside access makes breakfast a chilly trek for early risers!!!

The mattress was super soft, though the area outside felt unsafe.

This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of everything in Charlottetown. The breakfast was extensive and the room was very comfortable. The staff was most helpful.

The staff recommendation for nearby things do, the second night room and stay. The room was far more comfortable than the original.
I felt the breakfast food quality was subpar. A bit more warm food or pastry selection would have been a nice addition.
